Author ProfileAbstract
A 26 years old lady presented to us with primary amenorrhoea. On
examination and investigation she was found to have MRKH syndrome with
Situs inversus totalis. Likewise what we do for these syndromic
patients, we did sigmoid vaginoplasty. This is one of the uncommon
anatomical variants we encountered in our series of cases. Our
literature search did not reveal such patient undergoing sigmoid
vaginoplasty and so is this case presented for publication.
