complicated by postoperative chylothorax: A Case Report.
AbstractChylothorax is a well-recognized but uncommon complication during the
postoperative period following the repair of left congenital
diaphragmatic hernia. Conservative management with close monitoring of
chylothorax output and patient status seems superior to surgery in
managing this complication.
