He has 2 pension payment options - he can have a larger lump sum initially of £14493 and then a lower annual payment, or a higher annual sum and a lower initial payment of 8116. Court will probably insist

D has been told by sols that he will not be able to get cert of inadequacy as cannot prove that has no access to hidden assets

D wants to know if the court will post off his pension documents to the council
Council?  Why would they do that? - he says, so they know it has been done and because he would prefer it. I said he should do it himself and get proof of postage
