About 16000 Filipinos study abroad and approximately  10.2 million people of Filipino descent lived or worked abroad. Students usually end secondary education by the age of 15-16. In this research, we will dissect the basic education of the Philippines(Secondary, Junior High school, Senior High school, K-12 program), where Filipinos study abroad and the reason why, analyze a small survey done for Filipino students, which includes the reason why Filipino students would prefer other countries like Australia or US over Korea, and the issues they face when studying abroad, how to fix them, and end with a conclusion that summarizes the content and gives my brief point of view.
