Video 1. Echocardiography of apical 4-chamber view showed the
right ventricular dilatation and hypokinesia with classic McConnel’s
sign. There was a sausage-like thrombus in the right atrium straddle the
patent foramen ovale which was consistent with thrombus-in-transit.
Video 2. Echocardiography with color Doppler zooming up the
right atrium. There was tricuspid regurgitation jet directing toward the
thrombus.
