Teatment
Based on the findings of studies conducted by the Children’ Oncology
Group, the patients were administered the ABVD(doxorubicin, bleomycin,
vincristine, dacarbazine)21, BEACOPP (bleomycin,
etoposide, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, procarbazine,
prednisone)22, or ABVE-PC (doxorubicin, bleomycin,
vincristine, etoposide, prednisone, cyclophosphamide)
regimen5, depending on the disease stage and risk
stratification (low, middle, or high risk). Interim PET/CT-based,
response-adapted chemotherapy was administered according to the doctors’
experience. Involved-field radiotherapy was performed for areas of bulky
disease or FDG-avid areas.
