Asymptomatic cardiac neoplasms are often diagnosed incidentally. Right
atrial mass close to septum needs careful evaluation and multimodality
imaging to manage appropriately. This case highlights the utilization of
multimodality imaging and heart team approach in the management of the
right atrial mass.
