The use of pesticides for suicide commitment purposes is a major
problem. The present study reports a death due to committing suicide
using combination of diazinon, Chlorpyrifos, Trifluralin, Fenpropathrin,
Pyriproxyfen, and Cypermethrin. It is difficult to diagnose and treat
patients poisoned with a combination of pesticides.
