Neurosarcoidosis and thyroid abnormalities are reversible causes of
dementia in the elderly. We present a case of a patient with rapidly
progressive dementia due to neurosarcoidosis and sarcoid involvement of
the thyroid improved by corticosteroids and Methimazole.
