Prosthetic valve thrombosis ( PVT) is a serious complication after prosthetic heart valve replacement.When thrombosis causes the prosthetic valve to disfunction, it may cause the patient to die.We successfully treated a patient with acute left heart failure due to prosthetic valve thrombosis.
